Terms of Service

Seasonaries lists seasonal jobs, work exchange placements and volunteering opportunities, and lets travellers create a profile and talk to others heading to the same place. We are not an employer, an employment agency or a party to any agreement you make with an employer or host.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Keep your login details safe and give accurate information. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, post false information or harass other users.

Some listings are published by employers, others are collected from publicly available sources with a link to the original posting. We check listings regularly but cannot guarantee that every listing is current, accurate or still open. Always verify pay, hours, contract and visa requirements directly with the employer before you travel or accept a role.

Employers may claim their listing through an employer account, and anyone can request correction or removal of a listing by emailing us.

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what they publish. A boosted listing gives a paid placement at the top of relevant search results for the stated period. A boost buys visibility only — it is not a guarantee of applications, hires or any particular number of clicks.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes where stated. Boosts are one-off purchases with no automatic renewal. If a boost is not delivered as described, contact us and we will refund it. Otherwise, purchases are non-refundable once the placement period has started.

Destination chats and profiles are for genuine travellers and hosts. No harassment, hate speech, spam, recruitment scams, requests for payment from applicants, or sharing other people's private information. We may remove content and accounts that break this.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to display it on the platform so the service can work. You must have the right to post it.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from listings, employers, hosts, other users, travel decisions or interruptions to the service. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
